Spinach & Artichoke Dip  
from 125 Best Vegetarian Slow Cooker Recipes



1 cup shredded mozzarella
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 can artichokes (14 oz), drained and finely chopped
8 oz fresh spinach, stems removed

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours, until bubbly.
