Black Bean and Salsa Dip  
from 125 Best Vegetarian Slow Cooker Recipes



1 can (14 to 19 oz) black beans or 1 cup dried black beans, cooked and drained
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup tomato salsa
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
1 roasted bell pepper, chopped

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 1 hour. Stir and cook additional 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
